How did some people seem to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic relatively unscathed? How did some organizations and businesses maintain profitability while retaining a highly resilient and motivated workforce? What one trait allows humans to thrive through pressure and change while others barely survive? Kien Vuu, MD, popularly known as Doctor V, answers these questions using his Bioenergetic Model, which is at the heart of Thrive State-the energetic state of being that activates the biology of human performance and longevity-the state of Optimized Human Potential. Doctor V blends the Science of Longevity and the Art of Living along with his personal experiences as a medical doctor and his study of the world's longest-lived populations and highest-performing individuals to make the case that every individual has the power to activate the Thrive State. Plus, he shows how optimized human potential creates healthy, engaged, resilient, and thriving ecosystems of families, teams, communities, businesses, and organizations. Imagine a world where humanity embraces a standard of health and performance that enables us to be happier, live longer and more fully, and contribute our gifts to the planet with joy and intention. Thrive State is the blueprint for you to move towards that vision. By the time you finish this book, you will not only be armed with a wealth of new practical knowledge about your health and performance, but also hold a roadmap to lead others to realize their highest potential.
