About

These poems are reflections of my soul as the metamorphose takes place in the chapters of my life. I have layers of pulling off and putting on to do. Pulling off the old woman of the world, and putting on the new woman who seeks daily to have the mind of Christ. My pen is the key that unlocks me from my self-made prison. Sometimes I use it to let me out, and sometimes I don't use it and stay locked within, it is my choice, but it is God's work. Thank God for His will and not mine. As I yield to His will more and more, I see His will is what's best for me. His will is for me to be totally free, free from the chains of my own captivity. Strongholds were built up in my mind over time from experiences in my life, and words spoken over me that were a shroud to my existence more like a shadow of death. In my forward, I know that God is using every experience in my life to mold me into the woman He has destined me to be!
