In the late Qing Dynasty, as the Taiping Rebellion raged, an orphan named Zhang Xiaobian stumbled upon the long-neglected tomb of a noble consort from a previous dynasty. There, he encountered a mysterious figure, discovered a strange book, and survived countless perilous adventures, ultimately mastering a secret art-unrevealed to outsiders-for distinguishing cats from dogs. Originally seeking only wealth and good fortune, Zhang Xiaobian was thus swept into the surging torrent of history, unraveling the mystery of "creating livestock" and leading the "Wild Goose Camp" into battle against the Taiping Army... Whenever he faced danger, a spirit cat would come to his aid.
