Izzy and her friends are SO EXCITED about their school trip. They're going camping and there'll be marshmallows and no washing and everything. But then WEIRD things start happening! There are howling sounds at night, and some sausages have gone missing, and it's nearly a full moon...But it's when they see their new teacher's hairy legs that they KNOW! There's a werewolf on the school trip and they're all DOOMED! Another brilliantly funny longer read for the newly confident reader from the best-selling, award-winning, author-illustrator team, Pamela Butchart and Thomas Flintham. 'I was howling with excitement when the latest hilarious tale from award-winning Pamela Butchart dropped through my letter box. However, I wasn't quite quick enough in grabbing it to read as it was snatched away from under my nose by my son. He then proceeded to sit there for the next couple of hours, reading and giggling, until he'd finished.' - Library Girl and Book Boy 'Despite being considerably older than the target audience myself, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and know my younger self would have loved it even more. This is brilliant, inclusive fiction, sure to go down well with boys and girls, lovers of laughter and lovers of mysteries, certain to soften even reluctant readers as you giggle along with Izzy and friends. The tone is conversational, the text is broken by illustrations, there's a character for everyone to identify with and a reassuring resolution for anyone anxious about the fate of our heroes. A great one for reading aloud with a whole class, especially one about embark on its first residential trip, but equally fun for newly independent readers to discover.' - The School Librarian
