A stalled negotiation leaves a translator clone with only two options: succeed or die.Translator clone Thalia Blueheart could learn and speak any language in the known universe, but her skills weren't doing her any good. Both the Motomaks and the Crenicians want total control over a new bio-energy source and are willing to annihilate anyone who gets in their way–namely, each other. The lone Zabolov at the negotiation table has yet to speak and offers her no help.Translator clones live notoriously short lives. They either succeed at their assignments and live or they fail and are sent back to the lab to be destroyed. There are no second chances.Thalia doesn't want to die. Her daring solution surprises everybody and changes her life in a way she never dreamed possible. In her younger days, Charley's curiosity and love of nature led her to climb mountains, canoe rivers, and explore caves and wilderness areas from Maine to California. She's been shot at, caught in a desert flash flood, and almost drowned off the Maine coast. Once she tobogganed down a 5,000+ foot mountain. Her motto? Life is always an adventure if you have the right attitude.Charley never set out to be a storyteller, but looking back on the elaborate lies she made up as a troubled teen (and there were some doozies) it's obvious that she always had the makings. Now she puts that skill set to a more acceptable use–writing stories for entertainment. If you would like information regarding Charley's new releases or simply want to contact Charley visit: https://charleymarshbooks.com/
