A complicated age gap, an undeniable attraction. Can their love find a way? Having lived the past six months depressed and broken-hearted, Katelyn Reed has escaped from her hometown of Melbourne to go to the small country town of Blue Gum Downs, Queensland, to help out her Aunt Pat, who's twisted her ankle and can't drive for six weeks. While in Blue Gum Downs she meets her aunt's close friend, Ethan Beaumont. A handsome Texan farmer, fifteen years her senior. Ethan moved to Australia five years prior to take over his uncle's farm and gladly calls it home. Ethan is nursing a broken heart of his own and the two form a friendship, the broken hearts club, as Katelyn calls it. As their friendship grows, so does Katelyn's feelings for Ethan. But a fifteen-year age gap is a big deal in the conservative small town. Is Ethan even interested in a woman so much younger than himself? And if he is, could a relationship between the two survive the gossip and disapproval of the locals and their families? Will Katelyn's big secret ruin any chance of a happily ever after? The Way Back to Love is a small town, age gap, calm romance set in the beautiful Australian countryside.
