About

All Anna ever wanted to be was a journalist. The process of writing and bringing stories to life was what got her out of bed. Her instinct for crime stories led her down a dangerous path, culminating in the murder of a source's loved one standing right next to her. This event sent Anna spiralling into an addiction fuelled haze of a life. Finally fed up with covering for her, Anna's Editor, Jasper, gives her one last chance. Come up with a story that will crush the front page, or lose her tenured position with the paper.
Just days after reaching out to her source with the aim of re-investigating the story that sent her life on a downward spiral, she is abducted from her apartment. She finds herself in an abandoned warehouse with six other people. They are the Prey. Unwilling participants in a deadly game where the prey are selected from those causing 'the Club' the most problems. The Club, is powerful, connected, and the leader is a well guarded secret, a secret the club is willing to kill for.
The rules of the game are simple. Survive for 72 hours while being hunted by mercenaries without access to resources or friends. Clues revealed in the wake of each eliminated player helps Anna piece together the clues she already had from years earlier, but hadn't connected. Forced to rely on her instincts and investigative skills, Anna finds an unlikely ally in a disgraced ex-detective whose career she once ruined.
With time running out, Anna must outwit her relentless hunters, confront her own broken past, and expose the Club's leader before she becomes their next victim.
