A note from the author:This is a re-release for the twentieth anniversary of the writing of this book.This was the first book I wrote. Over the years, it has gone by three different names. I'm sorry to say that I never once re-edited the book.Over the last twenty years, I have learned much about writing, the art of storytelling, and grammar. To be in an honest way, I was horrified when I re-read my book. I got work cleaning up the grammar and the storytelling. It has been rewritten and fixed with over 5000 corrections.
