Declared dead, Ethan Silversmith wakes far from the bloody warehouse and the strange creatures he encountered during a routine night shift. There is nothing in west Texas but the desert wind and a mysterious government organization called Division 13. Within the organization, Ethan finds a great divide between the members of the ragtag Void Unit, and the head of the compound who keeps them prisoner for the sake of his secrets. Thrown into a combat team of other living ghosts, Ethan is forced to fight the unimaginable creatures Void deals with almost daily. His experience as a Kansas City police officer never prepared him for this. As Ethan sinks deeper into Division 13's corruption and violence, his sister refuses to accept his death. She sets out to bring her brother home. Following his trail leads her to a dangerous fighting ring and a ruthless new breed of criminal.
