The Threads from Which We Fly

Marjorie Sadin was born in Englewood, New Jersey on Mother’s Day, May 9, 1954. Having lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado, and Ohio, she settled in Washington, D.C. for most of her adult life. She is currently teaching English at Montgomery College. Her chapbook, The Cliff Edge, has been published by Modern Images and much of her poetry has been published nationally. Ms. Sadin studied poetry with Tom Lux, Marilyn Hacker and Marge Piercy. She has read her poetry extensively in the Washington area.
