"When Amos, a brilliant young boy with an unusually-sized head, starts his school year, he learns life lessons and makes a life-changing decision that affects his family and the surrounding community. Jealousy Vs. Envy: The Struggle is Real follows a kind-hearted young boy's adolescence as he encounters bullies, fame, and a difficult choice, Since the day he was born, Amos' mom knew Amos was different. Her son was incredibly smart and adept at most things, but his appearance wasn't the same as everyone else-Amos had an oddly-shaped head. His mom showers him with love, encouragement, and support nonetheless, and they live blissfully in their home deep in the woods. When Amos starts school, he becomes the subject of ridicule of a bunch of bullies because of his skull's size and his intelligence. Kind, young Amos doesn't let the bullying get him down. In fact, when surrounding cities discover Amos' intellect and gather to grant him a wish of his choice, Amos puts his pride aside and asks for the advice of the young boy who bullied him daily. Perfect for Christian elementary school libraries and any five to 10-year-old child, Jealousy Vs. Envy: The Struggle is Real teaches children how to feel good about themselves. It encourages them to stop wishing to be like others and instead hope the best for them as you start your own journey. This book is also great for parents/guardians and reminds them to be more mindful of their own children's abilities and talents."
