Have you ever looked for a book that gave easy-to-read guidance for kids and teens on how to deal with lifes challenges? Well, youre in luck because thats exactly what this book does! The Source Within for Kids & Teens provides a sincere look about how kids and teens can get through and deal with lifes ups and downs. It is not about religion; it is about finding and relying on our Inner, Loving Self. The book is about knowing you can do anything you put your mind to- always doing your best, standing up for what you believe in, and being yourself in spite of what others may say or think of you- and its about never giving up! The book includes discussions about school, homework, puberty, friendships, and the importance of family spending time together. Families that spend time together are able to build trust and LOVE is able to be nurtured, which then promotes close bonds in a family. The idea of The Source Within is LOVE, which we are all born with. There are questions included in each chapter to help kids and teens think about the concepts discussed and to let them share their own views and ideas. Below are a few comments shared about this new book: I recommend for parents to read this book to remember how they grew up and to think about what their kids are missing out on. They shouldtalk to their kids about any subject, just like this book does. They should tell their kids they love them every day, every moment, and every chance they get! This book is candid and very easy to read. - D. Porter (mother of two), Georgia (USA) Written at a level kids will feel comfortable. - I.M.M. (single parent of three), Wisconsin (USA)
