Treat yourself to a glorious novel full of fresh starts, sunshine, friendship and love!
Until recently, Tess Tyler thought she had life licked, but now she's on the run back to Wynmouth on the north Norfolk coast. Shocked by the unexpected revelations about her parents apparently 'not so perfect' marriage, Tess is heading back to the seaside in a desperate bid to recapture the essence of her idyllic childhood family holidays. But she soon realises that the village isn't anything like she remembers. The local folk are far from welcoming and the landlord is gruff and dismissive.
Joe is also back in Wynmouth and he's got a whole heap of baggage with him. After the untimely death of his older brother, Charlie, Joe finds himself sole beneficiary of the coastal family farm and on the receiving end of the locals' suspicions.
A stormy night, a power cut and a spooky local legend throw Tess and Joe together, united against the hostile local community. Until Tess meets local businesswoman, Hope, who begins to show her things aren't quite what they seem, and not everyone is telling her the truth...
