About
The Adventures of the Daredevil Grasshopper is a children's book series designed to captivate young learners through rollicking rhyme, bright colorful illustrations, and exciting story. The series is based on a brave, little Grasshopper and his faithful friend Mouse. Together, they travel to far-off, distant lands, learn about different animals, help new friends, solve mysterious problems, and outwit dangerous adversaries. Book 1: The Scorpion - This is the first book in the children's series: The Adventures of the Daredevil Grasshopper. In this book, Grasshopper and his friend ‘wittle’ Mouse have stumbled upon a dangerous scorpion, and turn to old Toad for help.
Book 2: The Mountain - In the second book in the series, the three friends have had enough of cold, winter weather, and decide to move to the beach. But when their home (a pop can) proves too heavy to move, and they have to cross a mountain pass, will Grasshopper find help before the weather worsens?
Book 3: The Crab - In the third book in the series Grasshopper spends each day running races out on the beach, with the other animals. Each race, he comes in first place, until a li’l crab cheats and uses a popsicle stick as a surfboard to beat him!
Book 4: The Hurricane - In the fourth book in the series, the friends’ home is washed into the ocean by a storm that turns into a hurricane. When the can is attacked by a shark, Grasshopper seeks the help of a whale to beat the shark and escape the ocean depths.
