Little Critter and his classmates are excited about putting on a school play for their family and friends! Children ages two to five will enjoy this heartwarming full-color Little Golden Book, first published in 1995! Mercer Mayer began writing and illustrating children's books in 1966, and since then, he has published over 300 titles. Readers can open any of his award-winning books and out may pop dragons, cuddly monsters, wonderful creatures, and endearing critters. Drawing from his own childhood adventures for inspiration, Mayer created one of the most cherished characters in children's literature: Little Critter. He lives in the Northeast.
