Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder - PMDD - can turn life upside down - but it doesn't have to define it.
The Repair Process is a compassionate, practical guide for women living with PMDD and the families who support them. Drawing on lived experience and clear, accessible explanations, Joanne Comerford offers a way to understand PMDD, navigate it's impact, and build a personalised path toward stability, connection, and repair.
Inside are real stories, grounded insights, and adaptable tools for self-care, communication, boundaries and rebuilding trust in yourself and your relationships.
This book doesn't promise a cure. It offers something far more realistic and empowering: a process for living well, even on the hardest days.
Repair is possible - and you don't have to do it alone.
I gained so much from this book including the awareness, learnings and productive tools to help manage, communicate and understand what a diagnosis of PMDD really is.

The repair process is something that can be used across many different invisible conditions. I will be recommending this book to my daughter and granddaughter.

This book was beautifully written, easy to follow and understand. Jo gives the reader tools they can implement as well as a deeper understanding of the challenges of PMDD, which is largely invisible and unknown.

Joanne's book is an interesting read about PMDD and The Repair Process. It would definitely help women get all the answers they need about the condition and not feel so alone.
