Countless disasters, two missing covens, and one frantic Olis. Mythical creatures appear across Earth and Talahm, disoriented and dangerous: A Kelpie in London. A Kraken in the Sleeping Sea. A Dragon in the skies over Camelot.
Luke, suspecting that someone with magic is behind it all, welcomes his Vision of a witch with the power to stop Septim from ever rising again.
And Emma, struggling to reconnect with her brother after four years apart, hopes everyone is wrong about the signs pointing to Septim's return.
When an unexpected portal rips Luke and Emma's mother from Earth, the race is on to find her, the covens, and the witch before Septim rises from the ashes, before the kingdom crumbles, and before secrets ruin them all.
