A comprehensive study and comparison between the Early Church Chiliast or Premillennial View of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ with the modern doctrine of Pretribulationism. The author takes a different approach than most books on the subject of prophecy, revealing the direct connection with the prevailing apostasy of the Body of Christ from the Biblical text over the last two centuries which has been instrumental in leading Christians away from the true hope of the Lord's Second Coming and the literal fulfillment and promise of His future earthly, covenanted Davidic Reign in the Kingdom of God.
