Join Penguin and Pup in this laugh-out-loud springtime caper from rising star Hazel Gardner and bestselling You're Called What? illustrator, Nikki Dyson. The yummiest Easter treat with giggles guaranteed!
Like lots of friends, Penguin and Pup like VERY different things. Especially when it comes to Easter. All Penguin wants is a perfectly sized chocolate egg to enjoy in the garden. Pup, on the other hand, is thinking: why stop there? What about a Rocket Egg, or an Eggshell Pirate Ship? It's a recipe for disaster, and lots of laughter.
Whether you are more Penguin, or more Pup, come along and let the giggling begin! The perfect gift for little ones at Easter. Giggles are guaranteed with Penguin and Pup: The Perfect Egg, from Hazel Gardner and bestselling illustrator Nikki Dyson. Join them this Easter for a laugh-out-loud eggs-travaganza! Hazel Gardner is a children's author who lives in Preston with her human, cat and tortoise family. After a Master's degree and a string of serious jobs, she now enjoys nothing more than bringing her very unserious sense of humour to picture books and children's fiction. When she isn't writing, Hazel can often be found feeding her local murder of crows.
Nikki Dyson studied for her illustration degree in Swindon and since graduating in 2006 has illustrated many books for children, which include the bestselling You're Called What?, written by Kes Gray, and Oscar the Hungry Unicorn, written by Lou Carter. When she's not busy illustrating, Nikki enjoys reading and watching cartoons. Nikki lives and works from her home in Swindon. "High on energy and with an addictive sense of fun, this exuberant, sunny-side-up picture book is perfect for reading aloud" -Lancashire Evening Post
