Inside The Peaceful Body Approach, you'll learn six biblical keys to unlock a healthy relationship with your body, freeing you to live the healthy life you crave. Learn how to: • Replace food fear with freedom. • Shift through food and diet confusion and learn what your body needs to be healthy. • Kick knee-jerk crash diets to the curb. • Discover healthy, God-made food you love. • Make fitness and food choices that are enjoyable and sustainable. • Trade your body shame for God-given confidence. • Finally be at peace with your body. The Peaceful Body Approach takes the answer from human hands and places it back into the hands of the One who created us. Jeremiah 1:5 says, "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you." Before God began shaping our bodies in our mother's womb, he thought of us and knew every part of us. He knew what our body would be like, how it would function, and what it would do. He knew the struggles we would face and the solutions to those answers.
