From the moments when you are on the verge of crumbling to the moments when you feel solid as a rock, The Loneliest Fall is for you. Poet Kiana Moné spills her heart onto the page in the hope that her words find you when you need them most.
Her road begins with heartache when, in the collection's title poem, she asks:
"Sometimes I wonder what it would Be like if I never met you at all Would I be happy?"
Moné's poems cover themes of love and loss while asking important questions like when to move on, how to move on, and is it possible to heal from wounds that haven't completely closed?
"In the end, we're all just looking for someone to understand." For those who have dared to love, this is a collection of honest and raw emotions from the pen of someone who has been through the ups and the downs of life and can relate to one of the most important journeys that a person will take, the journey towards love, healing, & self.
