The Late Lord Thorpe

During DC Smith's third investigation with the Diver and Diver Associates agency, they have been asked by a member of Norfolk's aristocracy to look into the tragic death of her younger brother, Freddie, the late Lord Thorpe. The inquest verdict was of misadventure, but it isn't long before Smith begins to suspect there has been a serious miscarriage of justice.  Peter Grainger is a former sixth-form English teacher and the author of 23 novels. He lives with his wife, sometimes a grandson, and a dog in a cottage in the Cambridgeshire fens. He travels as often as possible to the Norfolk coast he once called home.
