Delilah comes face-to-face with the past as Victor delivers her from a gruesome fate at Project Harvest: the Howling, a three-day hunt celebrated at the full moon. It's not Delilah's first Howling, though, and she knows just what a prize a Keeper would be. So why this random act of compassion from the enemy? The captives use this distraction to stage an escape--with disastrous results. Who is Delilah, really? And what side is she really on . . . ? "The Howling" is book #4 from "Vampire Wars", an EPIC Press series, a division of ABDO. Protectors of humanity, or predators in the night? This dual nature mirrors the war that has waged between the Keepers and the Praedari for centuries. The death of an Elder Keeper marks the uprising of the Praedari, a faction of vampires who feel that it is their right to hunt--openly--and to kill. As mortals' eyes are opened to the existence of vampires, one Keeper starts seeing that the two factions aren't as different as they seem. "Vampire Wars" is an EPIC Press series, a division of ABDO.
