St. Nicholas felt too busy for romance. Until he met Jane. Join St. Nicholas and Jane for the stories of how they fell in love. Nicholas works very hard for most of the year, but especially near Christmas. As Santa Claus, it falls to him to carry the spirit of the holiday and make sure children and families everywhere enjoy some holiday cheer. He gets so busy with his work that sometimes he forgets to visit his friends. And takes no time for any potential romance. So, when he pays a visit to an old friend, he feels a shock when he meets Jane, and feels an instant deep connection. To his delight and horror, she also seems interested. With Christmas looming on the horizon, though, the timing for romance feels tough . . . This collection of six original fantasy stories-first published here-explore the magical adventures of Nicholas and Jane, including: "Meeting the Future Mrs. Claus," which reveals what happens when Nicholas visits his old friend Peter to ask a favor, and unexpectedly meets a woman he instantly feels attracted to. "The Candy Cane Date," in which Jane takes a break from cooking dinner on Christmas Eve, and tries to imagine Nicholas' night. "The Christmas Toy Genius," in which Jane prepares for a visit from Nicholas on a very cold morning. "The Christmas Stocking Gambit," in which Nicholas attempts to give Jane a token of his affection, with help from some unpredictable elves. "The Dance at Santa's Circle," in which Nicholas takes Jane to the North Pole for a dance. "Love Comes for Santa Claus," in which Nicholas decides to ask Jane a very important question, and runs into unexpected obstacles.
