I love the friendship between Leonora, Selena and Dorothea, and it was lovely to follow their ups and down throughout the book. It's a funny read that made me chuckle in places and I loved the style of writing. It hooked me in straightaway and entertained me until the end. 5 stars!" (Tea Leaves and Book Leaves Reviews)"I really enjoyed a female-led protagonist plot. We meet Leonora, Selena and Dorothea, each with unique personalities and dynamic lives. We really got to know each character well and they each brought a different perspective to how they managed different challenges they faced. It was really engaging and emotional to read. I would recommend this book." (Laughter and Thunderstorms Reviews)"I found this book really heartwarming to read, and funny too, though it was a tearjerker in places. I loved the fact that although each character had her own obstacles to overcome, they all supported each other and lifted each other up, because that's what good friends do. This book left me with a smile on my face, and I think that sometimes in life, we all need our own Friday Friendship Club, or something a little bit like it." (Kelly's Reviews)"This book had me smiling, it had me angry and wanting to throw the book and even had me close to tears at one point. What an achievement for the author to make me feel so many different emotions in a book that's just over 200 pages. I highly recommend that people pick up a brew, grab a snack, clear their afternoon and see what these ladies get up to!" (PRDG Reads)
