The Executive Diary is a collection of speeches and orations given by H.E Joseph Nyuma Boakia, Sr.,
President of the Republic of Liberia from December 2023 to September 2025. The speeches are collated
and compiled by Professor Dr. Thomas, Kaydor, Jr.; the current Consul General of the Republic of Liberia
at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Liberia near New York, USA. The book also contains
some key policy statements made from the Executive Branch of the Republic of Liberia, and the Joint
Legislative Resolution on the War and Economic crimes court.
