This early work by Arthur Benjamin Reeve was originally published in 1914 and we are now republishing it with a brand new introductory biography. 'The Dream Doctor' features super-sleuth Professor Craig Kennedy who is sometimes referred to as "The American Sherlock Holmes" due to his astounding ability at crime solving and his Watson-like sidekick Walter Jameson, a newspaper reporter. In 'The Dream Doctor,' Kennedy uses his knowledge of chemistry and psychoanalysis to solve mysteries; with the help of exotic devices such as lie detectors, gyroscopes, and portable seismographs.
