In a world defined by rapid and often overwhelming transitions, The DO IT Change Method™ offers a grounded, strategic guide for navigating both personal and professional change. Drawing on over fifteen years of experience in organizational change management, and her firsthand experience navigating major life transitions, author Janine Lequay bridges the gap between structured corporate strategies and the complex emotional reality of being human.
The book dismantles the myth that struggling with change is a sign of weakness, re-framing it as a natural response to a shifting reality. At the heart of the book is the DO IT™ sequence, a four-phase process designed to move individuals from reaction to leadership: • DISCOVER: Anchoring in the current reality by conducting an "impact analysis" of what the change truly touches. • OWN: Shifting from passive reaction to intentional choice, reclaiming agency over one's mindset and posture. • IMPLEMENT: Turning choice into sustainable, iterative movement through small, grounded actions. • TRANSFORM: Integrating the internal shifts into a new, visible identity and way of living.
This book is essential for high-performing professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating significant life transitions-such as career shifts, identity pivots, or personal loss-who seek a structured, compassionate, and effective way to rebuild their lives and careers with intention.
The DO IT Change Method™ provides the groundwork to build resilience and confidence. It is a toolkit for anyone standing at the edge of transformation who needs a steady rhythm when life rearranges itself.
