The Crawling Giant

The Nigerian condition has been the subject of conversation among writers, policymakers, and market men and women. There is nowhere the subject is not broached or discussed and often solutions are proffered, from the rational to the mundane. This is to be applauded because a culture of debate is to be preferred to silence as it is a national asset. Indeed, it is the duty of the ruling elite within the state sphere to distil the feedback from the citizenry and turn it into an outcome that is healthy for the polity.
