Born and raised in Appalachia, Minna Taylor holds a BFA from NYU Tisch and an MFA in performance from Brooklyn College. She started her company Energize Your Voice when she saw a need for communication and confidence coaching for high performing professionals. She grew her small coaching practice into a global coaching and training firm. Taylor wrote her book, The Confident Body: A Functional Approach to Unlocking Your Full Potential, when she realized that, in our society, confidence is poorly defined and unfairly relegated to an elite few.
