Parade of the Wooden Kimonos is about one detective named Marty Quade and his many action-filled adventures in Japan. Excerpt: "THE Japanese gentleman was very apologetic. He stood in the doorway of Marty Quade's hotel room, with a flashlight in one hand and a small twenty-two caliber pistol in the other. Right behind him, there was a second Japanese gentleman, who had no flashlight, but who made no effort to hide the gun in his hand."
