"The Utah Batteries" is a book about the batteries of light artillery as they served during the Spanish-American War, written by one of their numbers, an American politician Charles R. Mabey, who was the fifth Governor of Utah from 1921 to 1925. The book presents an authentic first-hand, eye-witness account allowing the reader to share the more intimate aspects of the campaign.
