The Christian Experience, by author Dr. Arthor L. Faber, features compelling personal testimonies and spiritually significant encounters with fellow believers that emphasize the power of personal stories to inspire spiritual growth. His writing reflects the idea that, in all things, the Lord enables us to experience His sovereignty in our life journeys. Through these experiences, it becomes clear that God is teaching us, helping us understand ourselves better, and revealing essential truths about who He is and what He expects from us.
In this testimonial devotional, Pastor Art shares many real-life experiences, each connected to biblical events to highlight their spiritual significance. He thoroughly explains why God has allowed these experiences, ultimately leading to clarity on who the Lord has called him to be and what He has called him to do as a servant in His Kingdom.
The Christian Experience resonates with both Christians and spiritual seekers as they navigate life. While some of Dr. Art's experiences may be unique, these testimonies illustrate how God works through all our encounters. Recognizing God's activity in these moments helps deepen our personal connection with Him and clarifies our spiritual paths.
This book's purpose is to help us understand our interactions with God and life itself, guiding us to see how God operates through all circumstances. There is often much more to our experiences than we realize. To grasp this more fully and to aid our growth as believers, we need to open our hearts and minds to discover the purposes behind God's allowance of various experiences. Dr. Art, as he discerns the ins and outs of what God has allowed Him to experience, shows us how to also do the same for ourselves, leading us as believers to see more clearly and respond more effectively to what God is doing through our experiences, in our lives, so that we can fulfill our own Kingdom calling, becoming the Christ followers in our hearts, that we truly want to become.
