I am Devaultus. Shapeshifter, bard, occasional murderer, and professional annoyance. Most days I avoid trouble. Today, I didn't.A choice spawned from boredom made in a dark alley set me on a collision course with lords, caught the attention of gods, and dragged along companions I never asked for. The city of Tyranus burns quietly in the background, its people broken, the heroes gone, and everyone hoping someone else will step in.I am not a hero. I am the bard who should have stayed out of it. My past is dark, my secrets lethal, and my skills sharper than any blade in town. This is a story of chaos, knives, and reckless decisions. One act of boredom started a chain reaction that could destroy a world or save it. Either way, adventure waits, and trouble always follows.-Devaultus J.A.
