C. S. Lewis' classic The Screwtape Letters brilliantly unmasked the devious psychological and philosophical roots of human temptation more than eighty years ago. Building on this timeless foundation, The Bellbind Letters unravels the targeted attacks against the feminine genius as they manifest themselves in contemporary family life.
In this book, each thought-provoking new letter from a senior demon to a new underdemon, Bellbind, sheds light on the unique trials and near occasions of sin we face as mothers. The demonic, twisted logic in the letters will challenge and transform us as we uncover the roots of our everyday temptations.
It is seeing ourselves clearly, in all our weaknesses and failings, that frees us to surrender all our broken pieces to the tender mercy of Christ the healer, who makes all things new.
