I always felt a flash of danger when I navigated the halls of he nursing home. Emptiness and death lurked in every corner. No escape. The residence were helpless and had noone to watch their back. The perilous journey my brother and I had in the nursing home was like traveling barefoot in the desert. We had plenty of food and water but no direction. Noone noticed. No rescue.
