Written by a coach and inspired from Lean Six Sigma's Kaizen methodology, THE BATTLE WITH YOURSELF AND WHY YOU'LL NEVER LOSE IT uses a creative approach to help you understand your deepest unmet emotional needs - and to mitigate them by facing your true self. You will get to play a role while reading the book - and you will surely like it. Because, let's face it, who wouldn't like to be a CEO? You will notice, as you parallel your life with a business, how important it is to pay attention to key aspects that we usually overlook and which can influence our lives for the better or worse. The book makes use of tools (the iceberg model, systems thinking, the ladder of inference), which have been carefully re-imagined to help you redesign yourself. It will teach you how to make a SWOT analysis to help change your life, and also how to properly set goals so they'll come to fruition. At the same time, it will provide you with many opportunities to question your view of yourself and entirely remodel it.
