The Backflying Bird

Very little is written about the special-needs children during the Holocaust and what happened to them. One important book is Hitler’s Forgotten Victims.
But besides telling, it is also to show how special these children are their ability to love and to be loved.
They are more than a burden and great responsibility; they bring forth the best in us, values we so often forget or dismiss as not important.
