About

The Addiction/Trauma Workbook includes 50 topics and related questionnaires (medical & general questions) about addiction and trauma, with room to enter answers. The information in the workbook is inspirational in addition to educational with 40+ scholarly references as cited.

This workbook is unique as I am a Masters prepared (retired) RN and I'm also an alcoholic/addict/DV survivor in recovery. I hold a Certificate in Addiction Treatment and Care and I'm a Certified Reiki Practitioner.

I have combined my professional knowledge and personal experience to create this well rounded workbook. While this workbook cannot guarantee recovery it will provide the client with a tailored framework of their identified life experiences in order to devise a plan of recovery specifically designed for them, by them. It includes a summary section at the end to organize their answers and eventually bring them to a medical professional to work through.

Additionally I have partnered with a nonprofit organization (SAW) and have agreed that a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the workbook will be donated to help offset the cost of someone to get into a Residential Treatment Centre for Addiction and Trauma.

This is an excellent resource for our community, and the global opioid crisis as well.
