We all have dreams, but how do we reach them? Do we consider all the inputs, from desire to resources and sustainability, to set that dream in motion and ultimately produce the goal? Whether you dream big or small, enjoy the ride and do not allow setbacks or failures deter you. Be the leader you were meant to be because leaders are not born, true leaders are molded to serve. You must make it your choice to be that person who inspires, not for wanting fame and fortune because that can be snatched up in a second. Believe me, my time was about called, which could have stomped out everything I had worked for, but I am still here for now. The 5 Ps I have written about, was the advice given to me by my Dad.
