If you can choose negativity, you can choose something better.
When stress, bitterness, and exhaustion push Aaron King into a cycle of constant complaining and excessive pessimism, he knows something has to change. He recognizes the negativity shaping his days. He just doesn't know how to break the habit. Everything shifts when a longtime friend introduces him to Michelle Chase, a workplace culture expert with a proven framework for transforming negative thinking.
Tell Me Somethin' Good! is a modern parable for anyone feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or stuck in patterns that drain their energy. Aaron, once known as the steady, positive leader in a demanding call center environment, has slowly fallen into habits that affect his work, relationships, and sense of purpose. His awareness of the problem isn't enough. He needs a path forward.
Michelle offers exactly that. With a degree in positive psychology and years of experience helping organizations and individuals reshape their mindset, she guides Aaron through a six‑part model designed to replace negativity with intentional, empowering choices. Their conversations blend practical wisdom with relatable storytelling, making the lessons easy to understand and even easier to apply.
This inspiring book combines personal development, leadership insights, and mindset transformation. Readers will learn:
