After going through a heart-wrenching separation from her husband, Erin is devastated when she learns her beloved grandmother is gravely ill. Leaving Sydney, she rushes to the north coast where she finds her once dynamic Gran is now frail, confused, and quickly fading away. Desperate to bring back her grandmother's smile, Erin decides to spend time with her going through old photo albums and talking about happy times. Little does she know that stories of love, loss, and betrayal will emerge from the past. In no hurry to return to Sydney, one day Erin runs into Jamie-her boyfriend from long ago-and is surprised by the sudden rekindling of their feelings for each other. Erin feels a different kind of love for Jamie. Intense and passionate, it makes the previous love she felt for her husband seem pale by comparison.
