Bella is going to the hospital to have a surgery. She’s feeling all the nervous and indescribable feelings that children and adults alike feel when visiting the hospital. This poetic book will take Bella through the journey of anesthesia and going to sleep for her procedure, allowing her to feel apprehensive yet curious. Sweet Dreams will encourage kids and parents to overcome some of their fears surrounding anesthesia while also reassuring children that if my body is sick again, and I have to return, I’ll know to not be nervous because of what I’ve learned.
