Jetsetting silver fox helps out a new friend as her fake date for a wedding. He signed up for a night of fun, but he got so much more. TinaI'm tired of being teased for dating a lot, and having two marriages before my thirtieth birthday. So when my best friend asks me who I'm bringing to his wedding, of course I describe the hot silver fox I just met on the beach. Easy on the eyes, and easy to make excuses for when he doesn't actually show up. There's just one problem with my perfect plan. I didn't know the sexy older man was invited to the wedding too. And I definitely didn't know he was listening to me describe him to the groom. Busted. Or maybe not. Instead of calling me out, the same callused grip that shook my hand as a stranger on the beach wraps itself around my waist as my plus one.Time to make new arrangements. TristanOriginally, this week was going to be an easy one. I came to town to quickly check on my new restaurant. In and out. But a walk on the beach changed all of my plans. After my dog runs up to the most carefree woman I've ever seen, I quickly learn that she happens to work in my industry, is talented, and is looking for a job. Offering her work was the easiest choice I made all day. Later that night, stepping in as her wedding date was the fastest one.I know I just met her, but our meeting feels like fate. Time to extend my stay. Welcome to the small town of Jacaranda Bay, where the doors are always open, cinnamon rolls are spicy, and you'll always get your happily-ever-after in the end.
