When a terrified fairy woman with emerald skin and huge wings shows up on Aiden's back doorstep, he takes pity on her and invites her into his suburban home near Los Angeles. Her appearance is not completely unusual for Aiden and his teenage son, Tyler, as they have been seeing spirits all their lives.
But Tyler harbors a secret. Rebelling against his father's caution, he and his friends attempted a summoning ritual earlier, unleashing forces beyond their control.
The fairy struggles to grasp the complexities of modern life, yet her presence triggers a cascade of powerful supernatural events. Tyler fears the fairy's arrival and the resulting string of grisly murders is linked to his disastrous summoning.
With magic swirling and the police demanding answers, the fairy claims innocence, blaming a darker, more sinister spirit. Father and son must put aside their differences and discover the truth about their powers, about the creature loose in their town, and how the fairy, Siamura, might be the key to it all.
