After experiencing a traumatic event Dave, known to his friends as "Stut" discovers that his speech disorder combined with a love for running have resulted in a paranormal phenomenon that allows him to time travel. Along with his researcher friend Tim, they find themselves in several dangerous situations as they try to figure out the extent of "Stut's" phenomenon and what side effects there might be.
