I've been a Nashville steel guitar player for 30-some years. I've toured with Stonewall Jackson, Little Jimmy Dickens, Red Sovine, George Fox, Faron Young and a few others. I've also backed up dozens of other artists on package shows and as a sub, most notably Ray Price and Ernest Tubb. This book is a collection of observations, pictures and stories from those years. I've been a Nashville steel guitar player for over 30 years. I'm retired from the road now. I've also been writing for many years. I've written for The Tennessean, The Banner, Guitar Player Magazine, Country Music Magazine, and Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine.
