SPLIT: The SoCal Snatcher
by Nyquala Priester
In the glittering heart of Southern California, where sun-drenched beaches meet blood-stained secrets, a killer is hiding in plain sight.
Meet Joon Lee-charming, devastatingly handsome, and completely unhinged. By day, he's a picture of control and sophistication. But by night, he becomes The SoCal Snatcher, a sadistic predator who stalks, seduces, and shatters lives-leaving a trail of broken women and cryptic messages carved into flesh. His victims? Carefully chosen. His motives? Buried under years of torment and a fractured mind that dances between tenderness and total annihilation.
Enter Detective Mako Ly-a brilliant, relentless investigator with a troubled past and a reputation for solving the unsolvable. When a string of gruesome abductions grips Los Angeles, Mako is pulled into the twisted hunt for a monster who seems to know her every move. But this case is unlike any she's faced before. As she delves deeper into the mind of the killer, the lines between hunter and hunted begin to blur.
Drawn together by obsession, trauma, and a darkness neither can escape, Mako and Joon become locked in a seductive game of cat and mouse. She wants justice. He wants her attention. And the bodies keep piling up.
But Joon isn't just hunting strangers anymore-he's coming for her.
SPLIT: The SoCal Snatcher is a gripping, erotic psychological thriller that explores the dangerous intersections of desire, trauma, and control. With shocking twists, complex characters, and an atmosphere thick with tension, it's perfect for fans of You, Mindhunter, and Silence of the Lambs-but with a sexier, more sinister edge.
You won't know whether to root for the killer... or run for your life.
