About
You are invited to think, specifically, about salvation by God's grace. If you are a born-again believer in Jesus, this is your salvation. As we explore and think about salvation by God's grace, we will discover that there is a way things work in God's creation.
We will explore the concept of thinking. We will consider many questions about thinking? How does the mind relate to thinking? Where do words fit into thinking? How is believing connected? There is a way things work in God's creation.
We will find that scripture says much about thinking, the mind, and believing.
We will discover that born-again believers are a new creation and the implications of this. There is a way things work in God's creation.
We will look into what thinking has to do with sin. There is a way things work in God's creation.
We will discover that thinking is very important and that it is a valuable activity. We all do it, and thinking is something that we cannot not do. We must think. There is also good thinking and bad thinking. We will realize that there is a way things work in God's creation!
The words "think about" can imply many things. These words can be thought of as a command, an injunction-something to be obeyed. These words can be thought of as a warning of impending danger. These words can be thought of as a question: What were you thinking about? This could be a rebuke concerning what has gone wrong, or maybe, more positively, a friendly inquiry.
Our purpose here is for "think about" to be an invitation-an invitation to think about salvation by God's grace. I could have stopped there, leaving an invitation or challenge for you to think about salvation by God's grace, and not written another word. However, I kept writing.
