This Christian novel is labeled as fiction, but, is set in a genuine historical perspective. The Author, Rita Coker, integrates fictional characters into historical events and provides an enjoyable Christian dialogue for all ages to enjoy. The setting begins in a small town in northwestern Mississippi, where both black and white families, rich and poor, struggle with life decisions about their relationships with each other, and with God.
